How quickly do you dispatch the hairdryer?
We want your new ETI hairdryer get to you in the quickest possible time. If you place an order before 2:00pm, we will make sure we sent the hairdryer out the same day (excluding weekends). If you place your order after this time, we'll still make sure that we send your hairdryer out the next working day.
What is the delivery time?
We send all of our ETI hairdryers out using Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. This means that your new hairdryer will usually arrive the next working day! If it doesn't arrive within 3 working days, just contact us and we will track your item for you.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major debit & credit cards as well as PayPal.
What is your returns policy?
For full information, please check our returns page. If you want to return it for a replacement or a refund, you can do so within fourteen days from the date of purchase, as long as it is returned in the same condition it arrived. Just include your order details and a note stating whether you would like an alternative item or a refund.
